Aladin Lite widget for Jupyter notebooks

ipyaladin is a widget allowing one to use Aladin Lite visualization capabilities in Jupyter notebooks.

Special care has been taken to facilitate usage of Astropy objects such as Astropy tables, regions, SkyCoord.
